AUTHOR INFORMATION

Tricia Smith is shown with her beloved Shih Tsu, Tiki. Unfortunately, Tiki passed away a few months ago. Much to Tricia’s surprise, a new puppy popped into her life, Kali, who helped with Tricia’s grief in losing Tiki. Kali means ‘Fierce Dog’ in Swahili and ‘Good-bye’ in Tibetan. Tricia said good-bye to Tiki when she passed away. It seemed appropriate to name the new puppy Kali since it was so hard to say good-bye to Tiki.
Kali is one of four wonderful dogs in Tricia’s life where she lives in the country on land that is covered with wildflowers and living in a beautiful log home. Tricia loves writing, flying, politics, reading, fishing and being with her extensive family which includes among many, 2 sons, four grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Looking over two small lakes behind her home frames the perfect surroundings to conjure up the greatest story lines.
Angel Falls truly exists and is the foremost inspiration for Cherries Jubilee.
